 Worked Great for a While (Kyle, 6/16/2010)
I bought this unit used off Craigslist for $200. Worked great for the rest of that summer, but the next summer, some sensor that tells when the water tank is full had apparently malfunctioned, and began leaking water all over the place. We still used it with a trash bag with a towel over it underneath the unit for the rest of the summer, but it has since been retired.

The unit leaked and had to be reset often. After months of trying to reach customer services by both email and calling and not getting any response I sent a message asking who would reach about buying severalof their units. I received a direct contact number within hours. The company does not stand behind it's products.
