 Bad Product (Rick, 9/7/09)
Had the unit for less than 2 months and the heating part did not work. I got it fixed at the service in City of Industry. Just recently the cooling quit. Its 3 weeks out of warranty and they told me to buy a new unit. They were very rude. I would stay away from this supplier as they make a very unreliable product.
 Burned Twice
The first unit didn't work after a week or so. It leaded water. The manufacturer replaced it. The replacement lasted a few more weeks before it stopped cooling.
The second time, the manufacturer just ignored calls.
 Passable, only
This unit cools okay, but it's noisy and it has to be drained.
Like the digital temp readout and it seems accurate.
