Reviews of Soleus MAC-10K Portable Air Conditioner
 Good Performance
The Soleus MAC-10K works well as both an air conditioner and heater.
Unit had no problems either heating or cooling.
Easy to set up and install.
Fan noise, especially on high, is loud.
 Ignores Warranties
This company, Soleus, ignored the warranty.
The cooling component of the air conditioner worked okay, but in the winter, the heater part didn't work at all.
Still under warranty, the company offered to send only a heater unit, to replace the broken heater. They refused to replace the entire unit, as they should have.
This is their policy. Not acceptable.
