 Broken at 15 months (Nicstal, 8/20/2008)
After about 6 months of use this A/C unit stopped self evaporation. As of 4 days ago we have to empty the water tank every 3 hours. Customer Service just say that it's because of high humidity. As allergy sufferers we keep a close eye on humidity which is currently at a low 46%. Also, the nearest location for repairs is almost 400 miles away. When I pay so much money for an appliance, I expect it to work more than a year. Very disappointing!!!
