 Disintegrating fan (Roland Arthey, 6/7/2011)
Bought 2 from Costco, both have packed up within 2 summers with the same problem. Works great when its working but the external hot air blower fan disintegrates with some incredible noise! Buy a different make as after sales service not great either!
Waste of money (George, 7/8/2010)
This air conditioner was a waste of my hard earned dollars and would love to return it and get my money back. This unit does not cool. I have never been able to get my living room under 79 degrees with it. What a disappointment. Purchased last year but did not need to use, this year connected the unit up only to find out it can't cool the air. Went back to store and was told that they don' carry the brand anymore because of complaints.

Purchased from Costco. Had unit for one year. Began using this summer, and will barely bring a small apartment living room (with vaulted ceiling, maybe 300 sq ft) down to 82 with ambient temps of about 90.
