 Poor Quality
After a few days I had trouble with this. Called the manufacturer for help, but only got more phone numbers to call. None of the repair services returned calls.
The appliance was poor quality and not reliable
 Good Buy
Don't have to dump the water tank, which is a plus.
This unit is easily portable, but a bit noisy.
It cooled three rooms with out any problem during 80 degree weather.
