The Alen C535 uses 1400 watts of cooling power to cool up to 535 square feet. The unit also functions as a 135 pint per day dehumidifier. You can empty the unit's water tank manually or uses the drainage hose that drains through a traditional water line.
The exhaust hose kit includes fittings for venting the unit through either a window or wall.
